One Summer Night

New triosence CD released on October 24th and I am happy that we will be going on tour extensively throughout Germany and will be playing a couple of shows in the US, too, to promote our CD. The picture on the left is the cover of „One Summer Night – live“ and I really like the artwork from the whole album done by Rainer Hoffmann and Dominik Ketz.
Besides a lot of work with triosence I continue playing with Gregor Meyle on some shows during fall this year and will be doing a couple of clinics and workshops.

I am really proud to present the first live-CD with triosence, which will be released with MONS records on CD, vinyl and as 1/4″ tape. We will be touring Germany, Austria and the US in 2014 and 2015. There are about 60 shows coming up starting on October 19th in Berlin and the booking still continues for 2015.

I have been on a short tour with Christina Lux and Andreas Hillesheim which was a lot of fun. Here are a couple of impressions and a short video.

         

With our litte project Ritmo Del Mundo, Nené Vásquez and I played at the Sonor Days earlier this year and did a clinic at PPC music store Hannover. We will continue on Oct. 18th at Thomann Percussion Day and are exited to be part of a great line-up.

I have been subbing for Tobias Schulte on drums with the Edgar Knecht Trio where I usually only play percussions. It was exciting to play well known songs from another musical perspective. The shows were great and here is nice review from one of shows.

The next shows with Gregor Meyle will be in Hannover, Hamburg, Osnabrück, Delmenhorst and Krefeld. Here is a little clip from our show in Hamburg, when Gregor had to run to the bathroom during the set. Markus Vollmer took over and we jammed this little tune…
